Okay...so there's lots of ways to have goals and such. This week let's have a fitness goal! It's gonna be hard...it might hurt a little...but let's see if we can do this, you have a week to work up to this...(if you have knee problems do one sided jumping jacks! They look weird...but they are good too!

100 jumping jacks
90 crunches
80 squats
70 leg lifts
60 jumping jacks
50 crunches
40 squats
30 leg lifts
20 jumping jacks
10 minutes of running (you can walk with knee problems too)

Day one I'm going to try this...

Do Monday's lay out with 5 min of running

Day 6
Do Wednesdays lay out with 8 min of running

    Oh my goodness!! This looks terrifying!!! I am totally going to start this today!!! But uhhh....what are one sided jumping jacks??

    One sided jumping jacks are basically when you lift the right side up while the left side stays down, and then you lift the left side up and leave the right side down. So you look like you are balancing on one foot with the other foot and arm up in jumping Jack position. :)
