Here are the activities for our Final Week: Sunday, Aug 18, thru Saturday, Aug 24:
HEALTHY CHOICES / BODY TONING WEEK! High Protein Day = at or above daily goal. Extra Fruits & Veggies = 3-4 helpings of fruits or vegetables. Low Sugars = under daily sugar goal. Extra water = 10 cups or more. Your Opinion = Post your opinion under this discussion only telling everyone what you liked the most, what you disliked the most, what could have been better, etc. about our No More Couch Potatoes Summer Camp. Each toning activity should work the muscle of the day for at least 30 minutes!
Sunday - High Protein & Cardio Day
Monday - Extra Fruits & Veggies & Abs Day
Tuesday - Low Sugars & Legs Day
Wednesday - Extra Water & Cardio Day
Thursday - High Protein & Abs Day
Friday -Extra Fruits & Veggies & Arms Day
Saturday - Your Opinion & Cardio Day

Sharing my opinion.
What I liked most was the support from this challenge.
I also liked the weeks where the challenge was fitness. (Like this week) It forced me to remember to add strength training to my exercise.
There was nothing that I didn't like. (Well maybe the water challenge cause I will not get in a bathing suit and swim. LOL)

sharing my opinion!
I loved staying on track over the summer and even though I did not loose a lot of weight, I stayed on track for the most part of it!
The last 2 weeks were not so good for me and I do not know weather it was because I was standing in my way or because not being able to choose my activities but been giving to me was not working!
Anyway I loved the summer camp and I made a few good friends who I will definitly stay in touch with!
And I hope if you ever make another challenge, you will let me know!0 -
Sharing my opinion (sorry, didn't do this Saturday)
I really enjoyed the challenge and made some wonderful friends / cabin mates! I really liked about every aspect except not being able to choose which activity we did one each day (the last two weeks). Although I had great plans to make it work, and did so the first week, the second week was very difficult and I was unable to meet most of the daily challenges completely.
Thanks for having this challenge. Let's not lose touch!0 -
I don't know how everyone else feels but I really enjoyed doing this with all of you. I wouldn't mind staying in my cabin and continuing with some fall and winter challenges. What is everyone else's thoughts and feelings on keeping it going?0

I was looking over the numbers for the last two weeks and noticed that I wasn't the only one who had issues with motivation. I think this was a cool challenge and enjoyed it a lot. Calculating the results got a little overwhelming for me (I'm two weeks behind so that's a bit obvious), but that was due to vacation and then work overload. I will definitely finish calculating and get that cookbook put together in the next week. I PROMISE!!! (There...now you can all bug the crap out of me to get it done! lol) Thanks for being a part of this with me, everyone!!0
