Weigh in #4 for our Challenge Group!
We have about 9 Weeks to make goal for our 15lbs by Halloween drop!

Lost over 2" this last couple weeks on top of 4lbs so I am okay with that.
Okay So I bought a new Digital scale and it showed a 10lb gain, however my other scale stayed the same so I have still lost the weight, just was heavier then I thought to start out with. Updating

Well Done! I'm weighing in this thursday morning and I left out last week so I'm really nervous as in that time I ate out one night (which was planned and I don't mind) but I way overate on sunday so I'm so nervous to see how much I've lost, hoping for 140lbs!0

have you heard about body confusion? Are you doing the same routine? If so try sampling something new. I have decided to challenge myself to a 30 day count down to 80 push ups daily. I am on day 12 with leg raises and dips, squats and crunches every othe day. Yes pretty poor in these last 2 weeks, but I did deviate from my diet on 3 occasions, and 2 quite massively so I'll just have to behave from now on. I did measurements today though and I've lost like 3cm from my hips yay! I don't think I'm going to weigh in again until the end date as I'm moving back to uni so won't have scales. I may buy some though0 -

Had a pretty difficult week because of two nights out where I overate/"indulged" (sounds better lol) quite dramatically... 2000+ calories on both occasions. I counter-acted by exercising LOTS (I'm pretty wiped out in fact). I've been on a diet for two weeks now but this is the first time the scale has budged. Fortunately though I've been steadily losing cm all around so I can't complain too much.

Change this week = +3.2 --> driving me NUTS because I'm exercising more and still eating at a deficit! TOM approaches...grrrrr....
