The burpees challenge will work out your abdomen your legs and also work out your arms The challenge is 5 minutes of burpees every day for 6 days in a row and one rest day on 7 th day For 30 days. Guarantee you'll see results if you do Jillian workouts then you absolutely know what I mean!! Burpee challenge start Friday august 30th Let's get it!! Remember you don't have to do all five minutes straight take breaks in between as long as you get the whole 5 miutes within the day it counts Just pace yourself!!:)

    I'm in. Although I hate burpees I have to do something to kick start my plateau.

    I don't like them either you know they are killer And they would definitely get you out of Plateau to and they will make you cry lol but you know what work through it push through it you can do it
