5 day pouch test

hello new friends i am new to this group. i am planing on doing a 5day pouch test and looking for a buddy to do it with.
my highest weight was 385lbs surgery was 304lbs 18months was 166lbs
i regained 50lbs over the past 2years it come and go, i plan on losing all my excess weight i gained plus get to goal of 155lbs,
we my problem is that i eat to much more then 12oz of food, i hate doing the 5dpt just because i could never do it because of no support,
OK my weight today 200lbs and i know i can lose this 45lbs if i can eat smaller again and get back to the rules,
well hope to get to know you new friends soon, and remember we can do this!
oh i was thinking about do the test on the 1st if anyone want to join me just add me, have a wonderful stress free day friends!

What is the 5 day pouch test? I don't think I have ever heard of it. I would be willing to do it with you if I knew what I was getting myself into.0

Its 5day get back on track plan
After the test you should go back to basics.
I had gastric bypass 4years go.
I know how to lose weight but I hate the fact that I stretch out my pouch.0
