8/31- 4 miles. I'm way short of my goal, but after a broken toe and a nasty chest cold, I'm lucky to log this many miles for the month. If I hadn't missed two long runs, I would have been over goal, but.... Hopefully next month will be FAR better! My Marathon is mid October, so I want to be sure to get in some quality miles this next month. BRING ON THE COOLER WEATHER!
