So my crazy goal is to lose 34 lbs by Christmas. This fist week joining this group, I've lost 2lbs. Only 32 more to go!! :laugh:

    .5 lb loss for me. I'm guilty of weighing myself everyday. I keep it in check and I'm happy with .5 lb. A loss is a loss. Right?!

    Great job everyone.

    I would like to lose a total of 22lbs before the Xmas season begins and so far I have lost 4lbs. I have not remeasured yet, gonna give it another week. Hoping to see some change on the outside as well as the inside. :0)

    Great job all!! 1/2 lb loss is damn right still a loss! :happy: I'm excited to see where we will be next week! I'm nervous for Thanksgiving though...:laugh: Good thing my weigh in day is on a Thursday!

    Soo.. my goal is to get to 155 by Christmas (a 24.2 lb loss). It's a bit of a stretch - but I'm going to give it my all!

    My goal is to lose 20 pounds by Christmas. So far, I've lost 5 pounds since joining MFP. I lost 1.2 pounds during the first week of this challenge.

    I 'feel' different, if that makes sense. I used to be a runner (12 years ago, haha!), so I think the old muscle memory might be at work; as my arms and legs are feeling more toned.

    Ah well, not that long until Christmas, just got to keep it up - give me strength to get through my birthday next week and my children's birthdays in October, November and December! Eek!

    I used to be a runner too!! I NEED to get back to it! I was wondering about my old "running" muscles also.... We are going to get hit hard with birthdays soon also....This weekend 3 parties. Yikes!!!

    Hmmm Well, having been on a plateau since beginning July, I inceased my net calorie allowance from 1200 to 1500 2 weeks ago, and I have one pound that is hanging by a thread - I lost it, found it and lost it again. Ask me again next week :ohwell:
