Hi there. I am much older (unfortunately!!) but with less to lose and Herbalife has worked brilliantly for me after I was struggling with many other diet plans. I have lost between 1-2 lbs per week but consistently so very happy with that although we all lose at different rates of course. I find my 2 Herbalife meals very satisfying and have been able to be stick to it 100% in the week time and allow myself a bit over at the weekends where I use up my exercise calories. I would recommend not going too low on your calories at this early stage, take the advise from your Coach or the guidance on here and eat up what you are allowed. I do a couple of Body Pump classes a week and also about an hour walking one evening and that is fine for me but so long as you are doing more than before it is a good start. Finally I have got some good 'friends' on here and we share encouragement and diaries for ideas so always good to go through the posts from Herbalife people and send some friend requests. Good luck :)

Anything worth doing is going to be hard. If you don't plan to stick to it, don't waste your money. I have seen good results, that being said, I do stick to it and I also exercise. You will still lose weight not exercising but you'll still look fat because you'll just be losing on the scale.

I've lost 30lbs between 7/2012 and 3/2013. My starting weight and goal weight are much less than yours, though. I took it really slow, also. I worked out about 30 min-1hr 5x week and watched what I ate closely. I did allow myself some wiggle room during the weekends. I second w/ the rest of the repliers, that if you are not going to stick w/ your plans, then it won't work out well for you. Keep in touch w/ your coach b/c he/she is one of the keys to your success by helping you mentally & physically.

Feel free to friend me, if you wish. I am always glad to help people out.
