First mini-fast

Greetings,
I fired up my new juicer and had a kale, celery, cucumber, carrot, green apple, ginger, and lemon juice for last night's dinner. I had another for breakfast. No coffee (I am a cup a day man.). I had a granola bar mid-morning and a sandwich/V8/rice chips/orange for lunch. I had a slight headache all day. Around 1PM I felt kinda sick, a little nauseated, and a little light-headed. I feel fine now,
Could this be:
1. detoxing
2. caffeine withdrawal
3. "re-booting"
4. reacting to solid food
5. other

Caffeine....how I love you! I added a cup of coffee to my one-to-two juice meals per day and it made all the difference (I think!).
So, if I ever am compelled to do a true juice-only fast (five days, ten at the most), can I still have an espresso in the morning or does that defeat the purpose??0
