Hi I'm a 6 year BC survivor and need to lose weight now I'm off tamoxifen. I'm 51 and counting backwards!

    Hi! I am an 18 month survivor of Triple Negative BC and a six year survivor of endometrial cancer. Right before my BC, I lost 25 pounds which has found it's way back after chemo and radiation. Plus I take Arimidex. Trying to get back in the groove of exercising and eating healthy. It has taken the last 18 months to really feel close to my normal self. I am finally ready to start this journey. It is not a diet but a new way of life. Way easier said than done!! If you have found a group to be helpful in your journey, I would love to hear about it.
