Yesterday was 16 glasses of water, but today is still a bloat-y day...too much sodium in my French Dip broth (but so good)!!
My macros were all green except for Protein, that was off the charts!

Yeah...the beauty benefits of water consumption must never be underestimated.
I must admit to thinking I look better when I am properly hydrated. I sure as heck FEEL better!0 -
I have been on fluids all day! I still had to work so I sat at my desk drinking tea and the some bubbly cold diet coke! The tea felt the best and I drink it with nothing added so its not full of unneeded junk! I am going out to dinner with my mom and sister and saving myself the 3 bucks for a drink and having water instead!!!0

Drinking lots today, and not all diet cokes yay.... I had a large smoothie (checked calories first, and it felt amazing on my throat) and I had tea, and some diet coke of course. I am going to have some cold water and a freezie for snack tonight. I enjoy this challenge and it made me really consider what type of beverages and if I am having enough!0
