I don't make videos very very often but lately I've been wanting to see my progress so I made a video last night and I gotta say I had so much fun doing it! I would definitely recommend it because it helps you see what you need work on and what looks good. Obviously I shouldn't be hooping with headphones or my hair in my face because it kept messing me up, haha.

    I know everyone recommends making videos to track progress but I am so self conscious about it... maybe I will though! Your transitions between on and off body are awesome! I have such a hard time with that elevator (as I think Babz calls it in her tutorial?) trick- did it take you a long time to get it down?

    My latest vid with my dreads in - - for some reason I love my hooping so much more with dreads. Silly but I feel so magical with them in!
