    I'm in! Once I've decided I really need better eating habits so I can focus on a healthy life, I ate my last Mc Donald's large fries Aug 2nd 2013. I'm excited that I actually did it. I used to eat Mc Donald's fries at least 4x's a week! They were my weakness!! I know if I got rid of that, I can get def get rid of the others!! Come on guys, We can do this!! :)

    I'm also in :)

    I sometimes have to rely on ready meals because of disability but I will ensure that I don't have 'junky' ready meals, as much as you can, I know no ready meal is great but I stick to the healthy ones, ie not macaroni cheese!
  • All this list will be replaced by fruits.
  • I am excited about this new lifestyle that I am entering into!!!!
