Hi, everyone!

One announcement before we get started:
Margieparkins is now co-leading the Ultimate Accountability Challenge with me, so any questions you have may be directed to either me or her. Margie has pariticpated in, and won, every Ultimate Accountability Challenge so far. She's been a fantastic supporter of UAC participants in previous rounds and deserves to be recognized for her hard work.     Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! Last day before work starts again so I walked for 30 minutes and indoor cycled for 30 minutes.

    Stayed within calories? Yes, although with trouble since I only just signed in for this challenge at the end of the day. I'll do better the rest of the month!

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? ~ Yes - walking @ 3.0 mph, 46 mins ( I don't log every day activities - only extras).
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? ~ Yes
