Hello/Introductions

I wasn't sure if anyone would actually want to join this group, but a few of you have (which is fantastic by the way!) so I thought maybe there should be a topic for introductions.

My name is Isabel, and I'm 20, from England.

You're all welcome to add me, but please don't feel obliged; I won't be offended if you don't!

    Hi Isabel,

I am on board your no junk food challenge. This will work in nicely with my Zumba challenge. This may be a difficult challenge but summer fruits are out in Australia at the moment so it makes it easy to have that as a treat rather than chocolate or a biscuit.
If I make chips out of pita bread under the grill is that cheating or is that allowed as its a healthy alternative?

    Cheers,

    Rosie

Hi, I'm Chris and I'm so glad to see this challenge for September! Thanks for starting it.

This will go for anything really, not just this specific example...

I've said no white bread on my list, so if the pitta is brown or granary, then it would be absolutely fine.

But then again, there's no rule that says our lists have to be exactly the same, and better to allow ourselves a healthy version of something we enjoy, than to cut it out completely, so if you don't have white bread on your list (or any other food), then it's cool to have it.

It's really up to you. :)
