I have saying I need to get started but always find a reason not to. Well it is time for accountability. Looking for others who sometime need that extra push

    You know how everyone has that New Year's Resolution to eat right, exercise and to lose weight, well that's me every year smh... I start off doing good for the first few weeks, til I hit a patch in the road... This time has to be different!!! I deserve better and so do my kids!!!

    Yes, I agree this time has to be different, we have to did it for ourselves and our kids.
