Kickbox FastFix

Has anyone tried the Kickbox FastFix workout? If so do you like it? Has it worked or is another workout more effective?

    I really liked it when I did it in May. The workouts from start to finish are around 20-22 minutes!! And I still got a decent calorie burn based on my HRM. There are 3 workouts plus the tutorial. I totally recommend doing the tutorial first because the moves are a little tough (at least for me) at first because you aren't supposed to mirror the video. Then WO 1 focuses more on arms, WO 2 focuses more on legs, and WO 3 focuses more on abs. Totally worth it!

    I love this DVD! It is hard do do at first but just stumble through it a couple of times and you will catch on! I also got high burns in the 20 minutes, so worth it. When I got conditioned really good, I would do two levels back to back because I felt like I could give more. By the middle of the second one I'd be cursing myself because it is hard!
