Ok, so today is my first day. I joined this site several years ago and then never did anything on it. Sad to say that my weight is up 15 lbs since I was on it the first time. BUMMER! However, I didn't join a group so hopefully this will help me stick with it this time. :o)
    1) Don't tell my husband . . . 160
    2) Just starting so no results yet . . . but I will next week!
    3) Again, nothing yet
    4) Goal is to start exercising again. Used to be an exercise fanatic but fell off that wagon a few years ago. Will need to start out slow . . . 3 days a week, 20-30 minutes for now
    5) To keep it realistic, I'd be happy with 15 lbs by Christmas.
