Sugar in Fruit

Sugar seems to be in EVERYTHING! My goal is 26 g sugar daily. Fruit quickly adds up to more than that. Can anyone suggest fruits that are low in sugar? Thanks!

    I am also shocked by the amount of sugar in food. I just noticed that in my cup of store brand skim milk, there are 12g of sugar.

    Yes! I find that using 1-1/2 tsp. of light cream in my coffee is better than using a larger quantity of 2% milk.
    I've already used my sugar for the day. :( Can't figure out what to eat for dinner that has NO sugar! Even my veggies seem to have sugar in them.

    Yes it shocks me too with all the hidden sugar even in the stuff that's good for you! Sounds like you are on track though

    One apple has about 15 g of sugar! I am trying for only 24 g per day. :/
