September Challenge - Day 2

Happy Labor Day!

I wanted to start the thread for day 2 in order for people to post.

Set your goal and move toward it. In my case short term goals work best. I tend to bow out If I fall, stumble or my progress is slow. I have to do it small in order to make it big. I have used that philosophy in other areas of my life and it has worked. I am
Going to try it with this weightloss journey. Instead of focusing on the total amount I want to lose I am focusing on what I want to lose per week and what I will or will not eat per day.

Well I am off to fuss at the family. Someone left the yogurt and the frozen fruit out all night. Its all on the table and on the floor but no one has bothered to clean it up. These kids. Lol

    #1 I feel happy about the food that i ate today.
    #2 I did some emotional eating. I believe it was out of boredom.

    what is the challenge for September, anything in particular? Do you have them every month?
