So new challenge for me this month. I ordered Focus T25. Time to get back in gear. I'm in a challenge group and also a Beachbody coach! I have to say I am so excited to try it out and have so many wonderful people in the group. Wish me luck in my new adventure!! I'm loving all the new learning so far!

    YEAH!!! Good luck! I will be embarking on the Beach Body Coaching journey in December! Can't Wait! I am restarting Insanity Monday!

    So what does it mean to be a BeachBody coach? I mean, are you actually teaching classes, or is it more of a mentorship thing with other folks who are using the systems?
