So this week's challenge is to begin the process of running on the street instead of the treadmill. Hmmmm...there is a way to do it...nice and slow...so I've got this...I am starting on the track tomorrow and I'm going to run a lap and walk a lap and run a lap and walk a lap and the next day I'm going to run two laps and walk a lap and so on and so forth...
