I would write down my loss this week, but my scale isn't budging no matter now much weight i put on it or how little weight i put on it

I lost a little over 3 pounds this week (currently I weigh in at 249.2). I'm happy with that, but next week I'm aiming for 4 lbs!0

Things are going rather well considering that we went for a small vacation for a Labour day. I did loosen up a bit while away, enjoyed local beers and food and that had almost no impact on my weight. Even missing gym for almost a week had no mayor negative effect. I am now back on my regular schedule. I hate to admit it, but I missed my diet of smoothies and exercise.0 -

A loss of .9 this week and I'm happy after almost a week of being "flat lined" on the scale.
Started at 180 and as of today I'm at 174.4. Slow but it's progress.
Total weight loss: 5.6 lbs.0 -
Keep at it missbutton82 and everyone else. Suddenly the scale will move... downward! Persistence pays off.0

I am at 8 lbs lost so far. I am so thankful the scale is finally moving but I had a NSV last night. I tried on a pair of jeans I have not been able to wear in almost 3 years just for the fun of it. Boy was I surprised when it fit and I could actually button it. I am hoping next week I am down 2-3 lbs but will enjoy any NSV I get.0

I down 5 lbs so far for this challenge 15 lbs to go is how I have to look at it this week since I barely lost anything for the last two weeks. My husband suggested I change up my meals and exercise routine because my body my have gotten use to the routine. So I am think I need to step it up to see my weight move.0
