I am back and I am going to make sure I kick my own *kitten*!!

Monday - Run
Tuesday - Swim
Wednesday - Run
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Run
Saturday - Weight Training
Sunday - Yoga

    I'm trying out Bret Contreras's glutes program, because I want a bodacious booty. I'm still trying to figure out my gym options because I really want to start using a barbell, but in the meantime I'll make do with my resistance bands. I'll still do bodyweight exercises once per week.

    Monday - Conditioning Workout 1
    Tuesday - BBY
    Wednesday - RI30 L1
    Thursday - Strength Workout 1
    Friday - 30 DS L2
    Saturday - Strength Workout 2
    Sunday - BFBM

    I am just going to go with the flow this week. It seems like making plans just isn't working out for me as of late. So I will work out when I can and post here when I do. :)

    Tuesday - Swim - Rest day because I had a massage & reflexology advised not to exercise
    Wednesday - Run - Done 2.7km in 28 minutes
    Thursday - Rest - Done
    Friday - Run - Done 2.8km in 28 minutes
    Saturday - Weight Training - Rest day instead
    Sunday - Yoga - Done
