Start It Up

Like I mentioned in another post -- I'm starting 9/15 so I can add an extra week to each video. I definitely need it. It wasn't all that long ago that I used to exercise at least an hour almost every single day. But, I started slacking and got to where I wasn't doing anything at all.

Well, last night was my first night starting for the 20th time and IT KILLED ME!!! lol Let's just say that I found out just how out of shape I am. The warm up alone already had my heart pumping. I'll be doing 2 weeks of Start It Up. Since I just started I did have to take several breaks and I skipped the armband portion since I was so out of it. I'm hoping after a few more days I'll be able to make it through the entire 52 minutes.

    I've started the program several times too and me never finished. I'm determine to this time. I just can't find my start if up DVD so I'm going to be doing the second workout. I'm not sure if I'll do 2 weeks then the next one for 4 weeks or 3 and 3 we will see. I also have like 6 other videos that are workouts for targeted areas maybe I'll incorporate those.

    I think we have different videos my start it up DVD is only like 25 min.
