Hello. I'm pretty new and not so regular, but pop in and out.
I restarted SL a couple weeks ago after down time from illness, injury (not from lifting), illness... But, I'm back and working back to where I was.

I'm new too! I did my first day on Tuesday (started light, my upper body strength is truly pathetic!). I might have a go at workout B today but my quads.abductors are still feeling it, so may leave today as another recovery day and do it tomorrow. Feel free to add me.0
