Almost done week 2 of the TF/CLX Hybrid. It's a little tough on my back - especially keeping it flat in so many moves (like, all of them). But in week 4 starts more of TF which I'm hoping will be a little less back hurt.
I'll just keep taking it easy. It's not like I can even lift 15 lbs on most of the moves anyway. :blushing:

Great Job to both of you. I just finished fire45Ez , lower 20 & abs 10 and had a great workout. I love 45EZ so far it's one of my favorites. Planning on starting a schedule next week but I just cant decide to do just turbo fire or to do a CLX TF hybrid? Not sure yet but I do know that it really helps to follow a schedule. I may follow Jenelle's modified version with a few of my own changes.

I sure did. I went to BB and picked out a different schedule, but I'm currently on week 3 already down 3.6lbs..So better weight loss for me with this program.

I did the Alpha Phase and 1 day of Beta. I lost like 2 inches off my waist during the 5 weeks but didn't drop any pounds. I'm a member of a T25 group on here and everyone had either the same or less results than I did. I've still been checking in with that group and now going into week 7, they are still not having significant results. I have a sneaking suspicion that the people on here who are claiming a large weightloss and other fabulous results are all coaches.0

Day 12: Core 20 + Stretch 10 today! Loved it! Much improvement since the first time I did it last week. :bigsmile:
LDeegirl... I'm following the one on the official website: http://www.beachbody.com/category/turbofire-online/class-schedule.do Janelle's didn't seem like something I wanted/was ready for. I might do her's after this one if I see any point to doing it then.I like how the first 3 weeks are focused on weights and developing core strength.

I love the core 20 too! I was also thinking of doing that schedule also and see what results I get. I am glad your enjoying Turbofire.

Stretch 40 was supposed to be done, but I hate it, so I did TJ 20 Min workout in it's place
