I've been doing the Hill setting level 2 finding it is really building my leg muscles and giving me a great work out. Burning 420 calories at a time. Using the Lifestyle 8500

lol...I started with resistance 1 the first week and I increase it every week I am up to 7 now, I use manual setting and I change it every 3.0 min, I start with 9 then 12, then14, 20, then back down,I lost 18 lbs, unfortunately I went on vacation for 2 weeks and gained 11lbs back so back to the drawing board...0
