I received the email yestersay that this kit would ge available in select Walmart stores. How can I find out which stores actually have it?

I would say the kit is available at most stores. There were lots of different kits at mine ....kits for 10 Minute Solutions, Element Yoga, Element Pilates and even Tae Bo.

The kits are not hanging up like the other workout DVDs .... just on a shelf. My Wal-Mart had them in the sporting goods area.

Sooo, how does it actually work, the Walk it Off in 30 kit???

The kit includes 3 DVDs and a resistance band. I don't have the calendar that come in this kit; but it basically has you doing a rotation of workouts using the 3 DVDs.

The Walk It Off DVD has a cardio workout (2 miles) and a 1/2 hour strength training session (add dumbbells). Another DVD 5 Mega Miles uses the resistance band while walking. The Power Miles DVD has some higher impact sequences (like interval training). So this kit seems to cover all the bases for fitness.

Does it work? ...... For me diet is the most important thing. Going over on food is ridiculously easy; burning off calories is hard.

But, Leslie Sansone DVDs do work for me because I will use them on a regular basis. Most other workouts I do once, and put them back on the shelf to collect dust. If you like walking videos, if you find Leslie encouraging, and will do them regularly, then this will work. If you buy them and find Leslie too chatty .... 2 of the DVDs have a music only option.
