Looking for someone in the same boat as myself. I don't have much to lose, but it is very stubborn. I lift a lot of really heavy weights. By really heavy, check out my PR's on my profile. Dedicated to eating better, but do not want to lose strength for the sake of a few pounds here and there. In this regard, I find it highly unlikely that I have a twin out there, but I'll take someone with similar goals, or is just really good at motivating.

I am jelly of how much you can lift.
maybe consider changing up your macros but not your calorie intake so you can maintain your energy levels. my fitness idol ronda rossy recommends an all carb breakfast, a carb/protein lunch, and an all protein dinner. im not at the point where I want to cut yet, but I plan on going on a similar regimen when I am ready.0 -
