    Woo Hoo. I wanted to join a BL group last season but was too late to joine. (claps hands that she made it in time)

    Injury... Had shoulder surgery, doesn't bother me for most exercises...Mainly if doing situps with arms straight above head (that left arm doesn't go all the way up, but close)

    Looks like we have a smaller group than usual so far but thats fine, Im sure more people will want to join as we get closer to the start of the show but invite your friends if you know anyone who would be interested.

    I have weddings and birthday parties this weekend but sunday afternoon im going to try to start messaging people who said they would be willing to coach and start making up the preliminary teams :)
