Hi, I have been trying to lose baby weight for 3 years! I can't seem to stick with any diet and as soon as I have a tired day I just crave food to give me that energy kick. I've lost weight before babies and felt fabulous. I want to feel healthy again. Anyone else have similar issues? My goal is to lose 6lbs a month and could do with some friends who understand the difficulties of slimming with kids in tow! Early morning wakening, partner back late from work, cooking two evening meals a day, no energy :noway:

HI. I remember those days! My son is now in high school. But very challenging and demanding of my time when he's not at school! I find walking works well. Up and round Arthurs Seat is one of my favourites. Also, get a kids seat on your bike and cycle along the canal or water of leith.0

Hi, me too. It's not easy is it? I never lost the baby weight after my first then after my second suddenly realised I had somehow put on 5 stone over the years! I'm getting there now though haven taken nearly 3 of it off again, but seem to have come to a halt having spent the last 3 months putting on and taking off the same half stone.:noway:

Yeah its definitely hard going once you got the baby in tow! I have just lost my baby weight and my son is coming up for 2 years old. I have a baby seat on my bike, he loves coming out with me and I also make time to run on my lunch hour at work as there is not alot of time in the evening. Feel free to add me (ps Im not from Edinburgh, Im in Grangemouth!)0
