PM me for mistakes.
Please tell me loss this week, total loss and if you hit 25% of goal.
If you joined the challenge but haven't weighed in yet, you can jump in anytime and I'll add you to the list- it is never too late!
Well I ended up having a bit of a loss last week which was good. I did a lot of eating over the weekend and I couldn't do much exercise so I am not holding high hopes for tomorrow's weigh in.
A few people have had small but steady losses and a couple have recovered from initial gains, so well done! :drinker: Slow and steady I guess. Hopefully we will see a difference by the end.
Good luck this week.

I just signed up for 12 weeks of bootcamp three times a week! Hope it helps. it doesn't start for a few weeks though. I can't exercise too much atm so I have to rely on diet and it is hard. My husband came home with chocolate chip waffles today. I mean, really!

I weighed in on Wednesday and the scales hadn't moved. 96.3 still.
I did a lot of cardio last week, came in under calories everyday and that was my reward!
So I put the scales away and have vowed to only weigh myself once a week because it is kind of doing my head in and i'm going all OCD and weighing myself a couple of times a day.
I know that I am doing the right thing and I know that if I continue to do the right thing the weight will come off.
Going out to dinner tonight and may or may not end up getting a steak somewhere in the region of 400gm-500gm plus a few beers and dessert. It's my birthday tomorrow so I am going tonight as my Friday Free Day for the challenge and I will get back on the horse Saturday.0 -

really, really happy this week since I have not been on point with exercise at all I really thought my numbers were going to suck, but I guess a little more daily activitiy plus more healthy snacking has helped boost my metabolism.
