    i really get the urge to eat sweets around 10:00 pm. I guess its just a BAD habit.
    just had 1Tbsp of chocolate mini morsels melted with 1 Tbsp of chopped walnuts. It cuts the craving, but i need new ideas.
    Jello is boring.
    help!
