So I've been doubg CF 5x/week since the third week in July. I love it, my body loves it, but now that my son is in school again, it's really hard to get there 5x. If my box had a later class on Saturdays it would be fine, but they don't.
I was talking to a CF friend and realized I could do stuff at home on that 5th day - which is awesome, because there are skills I really would like to practice and improve on, specifically push ups and core strength. Does anyone know where I can get tips on what movements to do at home to help with that? Should I ask one of my coaches maybe??

I google "at home crossfit workouts" when I'm looking for something to do outside of the box. Good luck!0

            Check out this link:

Also, your coaches should be able. If it was me, I'd buy a jump rope and practice DUs at home. And handstands. Because that's what I suck at. LOL!0

Also you could do the baseline:
 500m row/run
 40 air squats
 30 sit ups
 20 push ups
 10 pull ups
Took me about six minutes last week but you could do 4 or 5 rounds for time and get a hell of a workout in.0

My box offers a daily MetCon WOD and it is posted online. It is a lot more conditioning focused rather than heavy lifting. You could check it out and try a few. www.crossfitcountry.com0
