    You're probably doing it wrong. Did you have a title along the lines of "OMGZ!! AMAZING Burger Recipe - Like McDonalds but with no meat, no bun and 500 egg whites!!!!!!!!!"

    Alternatively, you could entitle it 'Cup size!' Though you may find you get some very interesting responses....

    Have you tried the food4life website-lots on there., I just cook my normal food adapted portion size and cook with less fat and meat
