totally fell off the wagon :(

i havent been able to find my groove since work started up. (september, i work in a school) my exercise has been patchy at best. im totally stressed and i havent been logging. uugh.
help me get back on the wagon!! im going to put in effort to log food today and go to a zumba class tonight but i have got to try to get back on track. doesnt help that im sick!

    You sound like you have a lot on your plate right now! But you CAN do it. Every single day counts!! Zumba will be fantastic - I used to do it with a friend... so many good endorphins, to make you feel stronger for work tomorrow! Not to mention how proud you'll feel of yourself... and your kids will see that!!

    Ugh, I know what you mean. Even since the Dr put a nix in my streak, I haven't been able to get back. I don't log anymore. I just can't get back to where I was! I'm leaving out for a mini vacation on Friday morning so maybe when I get back, I can get back on track. I hope...

    I totally commiserate with you. I am full of good intentions but as yet they have not materialised. Every day I promise myself to do the DVD (one of many in my Jillian collection) only to come home afer work (around 6.30pm) start cooking dinner, wash up etc so really do not feel like doing any excercise then I promise myself I do it tomorrow morning before I go to work only to press the blinking snooze button for like 5 times!I want to get in shape but I want does not get - does it - one has to sweat for it lol
