Exercise Diary 30/09 - 06/10

Hi All,
So I am doing this entry now because I know I have a busy weekend ahead (Sat / Sun BIG CLEAN because we have valuers coming to our house on Mon & Tues).
I will have posted a measurements / weight topic on Sunday though - I have put a reminder in my phone because they are due :-) fingers crossed you guys have done awesome however, I am not holding out much hope after the month I have had.
So this weeks workouts:
Mon 30 - Vigorous cleaning for 5 hours (preparing for the valuer - did about 6 hours Saturday, 7 hours Sunday & 5 hours today - shattered is an understatement)
Tues 1 - Rest Day
Wed 2 - Rest Day (working from different location)
Thurs 3 - Swim
Fri 4 - Swim
Sat 5 - Swim & Zumba
Sun 6 - LBT class

I don't think I've lost any inches and the kids ran off with my measuring tape so I may need to acquire a new one. Tomorrow I'm going to have a bf% test to see how much fat I've lost since April. I've lost about 10 lbs and am curious to see how much was lean mass and how much was fat.

So far this week I haven't done any exercise... apart from the vigorous cleaning on Monday!! I just really don't feel like it!! I am sick of either being injured or feeling ill!! Today I woke up with a sore throat and ear ache :sick:
However, the measurements today have told me provided I stay on track with food the majority of the time I can still lose inches even without much exercise!! Albeit I want to get back to my normal exercise determined self ASAP.0 -
