    I'm In. Have done this challenge before with great results, will be fun to do it again. I'm doing it alongside the 30 day ab challenge which is also starting tomorow & 30DS challenge which I'm starting today so hopefully in 30days time I will have completed all 3 challenges & will be feeling great :D
  • i'm assuming we can break these up as long as we make each day's target, as doing say 240 squats at once may not be feasible (but who knows anything can happen)

    Sounds good. I've been doing squats one day and crunches the next day for almost two months now- working my way slowly to about 60 squats every other day. This sounds like just the ticket! Thanks

    I'm in, but I will probably do more squats per day than what is on the calendar. I plan on doing this along with the Supreme 90 Day workouts, and walking.

    Thank you for this challenge! I joined one in August, got half way, but was too sick to continue. I joined another one for September, but I was 4 days off from finishing. I'm trying to finish one!

    P.S. Where can I find the ab challenge?
