I'm In. Have done this challenge before with great results, will be fun to do it again. I'm doing it alongside the 30 day ab challenge which is also starting tomorow & 30DS challenge which I'm starting today so hopefully in 30days time I will have completed all 3 challenges & will be feeling great0

i'm assuming we can break these up as long as we make each day's target, as doing say 240 squats at once may not be feasible (but who knows anything can happen)0

Im doing both the ab challenge and squat challenge as well. This will be a great october accomplishment0

Sounds good. I've been doing squats one day and crunches the next day for almost two months now- working my way slowly to about 60 squats every other day. This sounds like just the ticket! Thanks0
