My plan for exercise is to get myself to start running again. I am going to do some Jillian michael's workout DVDs also.0

I'm doing Zumba 3 times a week and then I'm going to exercise with my husband (who is a workout beast) twice a week. Pray for me!!!!0

I'm starting easy with just a mile or 2 walk with the dog and baby a few times a week. If it's rainy then the elliptical. I did Zumba before pregnancy and that stuff kicked my butt!! Maybe I can get into that once I'm in a bit better shape0

I boxed before pregnancy and have been meaning to get back into it, but I hurt my knee dancing last week, so now I'm waiting until it's healed. Of course, I could have started long before last week, but I've been intimidated. I'm afraid to see see just how much I lost! In the meantime, I'm walking with the baby and belly dancing.0
