I have a idea...Since for me tracking my intake makes a big difference in my choices and calorie intake I purpose a daily food log committment as a challenge: Pick your goal, log 80%, 90% or 100% of the days in October. Everything, candy, food, drinks etc.0

I {nearly} always log everything, candy
and wine :drinker: included. So yay for a challenge I know I can accomplish :happy:

I'm not super sure what the challenge is either. For me I am going for logging 90% or better for my food diary in October (I done a bad job of it the last two months). Also I started my New rules workout schedule and keeping up that is my second goal. Good luck everyone.0
