I posted these in the Success Stories Forum on another thread but thought they belonged here. I also couldn't find a thread here with everyone else's result pics so I'm just posting mine separate. :smile: There is a slight noticable difference in my before/after, but mostly I FEEL stronger. I'm planning to get another Jillian DVD this weekend. Good luck to those who haven't completed yet. DON'T GIVE UP! The cool down on the last day feels AMAZING physically and emotionally.
