This challenge is fantastic, mainly because of the people who participate (we are a supportive bunch), but also it keeps getting tweaked by participants' suggestions to make it better.

    Last week was pretty exciting! I ran a very hilly half-marathon at a solid 12 minute/mile (5 mph) pace in one of my favorite cities. I also found out that I am pregnant. Well, how about that!

    Perhaps needless to say, my goal will no longer be to lose weight. (At 144 lbs and 5'6", I am doing okay.) If I maintain or gain a smidge, I will be happy.
