Weight!

It seems like I can exercise and eat under or to my calorie limit and it isn't making a difference. Its so frustrating. I exercise 6 days a week 60 mins a day on a stationary bike..My speed is usually 18-22. I have it on one of the highest levels. I eat pretty healthy I have correct portions and its not coming off. I had 3 kids right in a row and I have heard over and over that it takes time. But then I look at my friends and they breast feed also, they eat anything they want and I mean a lot and they are thinner than they were in high school.
What do I need to do different???????????????????

    Are you pregnant? or nursing now? DO you do weights as well as cardio , because that is essential. Also what kind of food are you eating? It does matter , not just calorie in calorie out. It can be frustrating some people lose very quickly.
