October 2013- Who's still in?

In October, I just want to keep on track! I'm doing a 50 mile bike ride on Saturday and have signed up for a 10k run next month. As the weather gets colder, I plan to join a gym and add some lifting into my routine.

I'll be doing 80 miles running, and if I can swing it, at least 50 miles bike riding as well.0

This month I'll be getting back on track with running for the last 2 weeks have been off my running wagon. I'd like to lose half a stone in October, a nice big push for xmas.0 -
I thought September would be my month....guess not. GF is now back in the saddle, so maybe the extra support at home will help.0

Now that we are almost mid month- how's everybody doing?
I'm on track to hit 250 miles for the month- alternating running and bicycling. Just hope the weather will continue to be nice!0 -

Having a better month than September. Still not on track for my goals. G/F started a new diet, so the evening meals are now more healthy and there's less junk...0
