Doing only SL 5 X 5

Just wanted to see your experiences with weight loss/toning etc from those who have done only SL, no other workouts/cardio in between.
People that are in great shape advocate that you can get excellent results doing just weight training 3days/week. And that cardio will slow down the strength gains etc.
So anyone has found this to be true? I want to start SL soon.

I so far only do SL5X5 3 days a week... I was trying to incorporate more cardio but I hate it and I am lazy. :laugh:0

I think it's fine, you'll have great strength gains but you have to watch your diet and not go over your calories. Trust the voice of experience. :blushing:0

I have had much better results with just doing SL 5x5 and no cardio than when I just did cardio. Good luck!0

I still do cardio in addition to strength training. It's good for your heart and let's face it, allows you to eat more.0
