I guess my 15-20 lbs goal wasn't very realistic seeing that I'm averaging about 0.5-1 lbs per week and that's if I don't regress and gain. :grumble: So, a more realistic goal is to lose 10 lbs by Nov. 30th - final weight of 164.6.0 -
Starting Weight: 136.9

Week2: 135.8

Lost this week: 0lb (Seems like I am in maintenance mode...doing everything to kick start weight loss again)0 -
No loss this week, really have to get my butt in gear to get some workouts in during the week0

I didn't weigh in last week HERE, but I had gained to 190, and this week, lost 1 to 189 lb. I was bad about logging in as I was super busy grading (end of quarter), plus last Sunday I was in such pain with a pinched nerve in my back that ran up through my neck and into my head. I had little mobility and it never really left until this past Friday. I hope to get back on track..lots of plans and goals to accomplish by the end of the year. I am going to do it!0

I guess it is better than the past couple of weeks. Hopefully next week we can head in the other direction.0 -

96.9 loss of 0.1
Back on track, finally, I think.
Have been doing the right things for the past few weeks and just slowly starting to see some results which is a nice pay off.0
