Hi Girls,

Sorry this post is a little bit late!!

Current Measures:

Belly - 81cm / 31.9"

Waist - 74cm / 29.1"

Hips - 103cm / 40.5"

Saddlebags - 100cm / 39.4"

Bust - 87.5cm / 34.4"

Thighs - 53cm / 20.9"

Difference from last measures on 18/08/2013

Belly - 0.5cm loss

Waist - 1cm loss

Hips - 2cm gain

Saddlebags - 2cm loss

Bust - 3cm loss

Thighs - maintain

So to be honest this last month I haven't been working out that much because of one thing and another but look at my results - I have gained only in one area - my hips - and that doesn't surprise me that is my area that is fat gathers haha!!

However, as you will see I have lost 2cm from my saddlebags!! Whoop Whoop!!

Hopefully these next 28 days will be better!!

    I actually took my measurements Monday 9/30

    I lost
    0.25 inches from my neck
    0.5 inches from my waist
    0.25 from both biceps (so 0.5 total)
    0.25 from each thigh (so 0.5 total)
    0.5 from my tummy
    0.25 from each calf (so 0.5 total)

    I maintained in my hips

    I gained 0.25 in my bust

    So I lost a total of 2.5 inches.. Not as good as last month, but slow progress is still progress, right!

    I also dropped 0.2% body fat and 2.7 pounds

    Yes a 6.5cm loss in total 2.6 inches - so yes I am very happy with that to be honest with you since I have been out of action quite a bit these last few weeks!!

    PBsMommy - well done that is a fab loss - you are right a loss is a loss!! Don't diminish that !! WELL DONE!!

    Looks like we're all still getting good results!

    October 6 measures:

    Waist - 31"/78.7 cm (-1" /2.6cm)
    Belly - 34"/86.4 cm - no change
    Hips - 36.0"/91.4 cm (-.5"/1.3cm)
    Thighs - 19.5"/49.5 cm - no change
    Bust - 38.0/96.5 cm (-1.5"/3.5cm)
    Weight - 138.4 lbs (-3 lbs)

    So total loss 3"/7.4 cm. Yay! Although none of it came off my belly, the reduction of which is my main goal.

    The DEXA scan showed I lost a lot of fat in the last six months - 10.3 lbs! This puts me at 26.2% bf. We figured that if ALL the weight Iost in the last year was fat then I probably started at around 40% bf. I'll probably go get tested in another six months. I'm actually hoping to increase muscle mass now that I have a gym and can work with heavier weights, although from what I read that's really hard to do while still eating on a deficit.
