Monday 7th - Insanity Plyo Cardio

Tuesday 8th - Cardio & Tone (Fitness Blend) - 60 mins

Wednesday 9th - Swim 30 mins

Thursday 10th - Cardio & Tone (Fitness Blend) - 60mins

Friday 11th - Swim

Saturday 12th - Rest

Sunday - Legs, Bums & Tums class

    I'm pretty much doing all my workouts from the Get Glutes program. I'll actually be pleased if my booty increases in size!

    Monday - Conditioning Workout 1
    Tuesday - Strength Workout 1
    Wednesday - Conditioning Workout 2
    Thursday - Strength Workout 2
    Friday - rest
    Saturday - Strength Workout 3
    Sunday - rest

    Monday 7th - Insanity Plyo Cardio - done but only managed 28 minutes our of 37 minutes - I was so dizzy and sick haha! It is intense I guess I was silly to think I could go straight back to that after such a long time!! But I managed some of it - BURN 206KCAL

    Tuesday 8th - Cardio & Tone (Fitness Blend) - 60 mins - DONE 355KCAL

    Wednesday 9th - Swim 30 mins

    Thursday 10th - Cardio & Tone (Fitness Blend) - 60mins

    Friday 11th - Swim

    Saturday 12th - Rest

    Sunday - Legs, Bums & Tums class
